Ivy.ai Institute connects participants with information about AI and the benefits it provides for colleges and universities. In its inaugural series, the Institute focuses on how AI helps to scale operations and adapt to change, especially as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic. The series examines four pillars of scale and adaptability (Readiness, Response, Reassurance, and Recovery) individually and collectively, from the perspective of 5 institutions of higher education.

Join the University of Alabama, San Diego State University, Morgan State University, Ozarks Technical Community College, and Colorado State University Global Campus, as they share insights into how AI has helped propel them forward.

Readiness focuses on being culturally and technically prepared for the unknown. This session features Kristy Pritchett, Director of Student Account Services at The University of Alabama.

Recovery centers around elasticity of information, ensuring that it remains current even as processes and communications change. This session features Lenord McGownd, Assistant Registrar, Communications, Ozarks Technical Community College.

The final session, The Four Pillars, features Karen Ferguson, Ph.D., Provost and VP of Strategic Development, Colorado State University Global Campus. We'll examine how each pillar supports one another, and how AI provides an advantage for colleges and universities from routine processes to working through a crisis.
